Painting Frame
A four year old girl sustained a complete spinal cord lesion in a
road traffic accident. She was learning to paint by holding the brush
in her mouth but required some means of holding the paper in place.
A frame was devised from plastic coated steel tubing to support a
light
board 300mm from the child’s buggy. Loops of shock cord
were fitted to this to hold the page of book of the book. This frame
was also adapted to hold an electronic keyboard.
